Who to report an adverse event to?

All adverse events attributed to QM Pharma medications are reported to the corresponding Pharmacovigilance Area.

What do I have to report?

The minimum data to report are: Data of the Reporter, Data of the Patient, Suspicious Medication and Adverse Event.
